Shipping Terms

UPS Ground Service will be used unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground Service does not guarantee delivery time to a residential destination. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air or Overnight Air Express (phone orders only). Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. All shipping costs shown are for destinations in the continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. During the hot summer months, chocolates will not be shipped out of our immediate area; however, we will deliver locally in the Midland, Texas area.

Orders received by 11:00 AM CST will usually be shipped that same day. Most orders placed after 11:00 AM will normally be shipped the next business day. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours from date of order.

Any order placed online over a weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Multiple orders, require more lead time, depending on the size of the order.

Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays. Deliveries to airports are not available.

Expedited Shipping

Shipping by 2nd Day Air is available for an additional $25.00. Overnight Air is available for an additional $40.00. Please note that these options are available only for phone orders.
